The best way to work out with a partner, friend or relative. You will have such different needs and fitness levels, therefore it is not possible to do a personal training session with more than one person at a time. You will each have a one-on-one personal training session per week. A very popular solution for parents, as there will be one adult available to look after the kids while you are working out.

We started personal training to increase our aerobic fitness levels and build lean muscle mass (we are quite active and already had a good level of fitness).
We found one of the best things about a personalised training session is that it keeps you on track. It’s not like going to the gym where you can easily skip a session. With personal training you have a set appointment that you have to keep – no wimping out, no excuses! It really holds you accountable to achieve your fitness goals.
It is also great for us as like most others we lead busy lives and finding time to go to the gym was challenging. With personal training Patrick makes it very easy by meeting you at home or work. He brings all the equipment that you need.
The actual sessions are amazing and Patrick really keeps your fitness goals in mind. The way he alternates the different activities stops you from getting bored with repetitive exercises.
As well as the training, Patrick teaches about the importance of stretching and each PT session concludes with a healthy stretching session and an awesome back and neck rub to finish it off!
